I am amazed and honored to have been published in Voyage Tampa magazine this month. My story, along with insight about who I am went live this month. I hope that I am able to inspire the community, and I am so honored to have my story published. Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey and believed in my work and vision. I plan to continue to work for myself and the community even more.

Yoga and Tea? Yes please! I'm excited to announce that I will be teaching a morning yoga flow Sunday April 21st at 9:00am at in St Pete! All levels welcome and a donation based class.
