this was a 30 min session, you don't have to schedule a longer session to feel great again!

And here's another: Lauren is an absolute angel!! She did a wonderful job working all my arthritic kinks out especially on my knee which is bone on bone and a source of enough pain that it makes any workouts or just walking any distance a real chore. She addressed all of my knee, shoulder and back problems that one knee has affected. She is absolutely wonderful!! Thank you so much Lauren!!!

One more: Absolutely wonderful, I have not felt this good in a while. Can not wait to go back
