✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨

To make sure appointments run smoothly and to respect everyone’s time, here are my updated policies 🤍

• 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit required for all Full Sets & Fills
• Fast Sets must be paid in full at booking
• Deposits go toward your service total

⏰ LATE POLICY
• 15 minute grace period
• After 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled + a $5 fee

📅 CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES
• Please give at least 24 hours notice
• Less than 24 hours = $10 reschedule fee
• No-call/no-shows may require payment in full before booking again

🫧 LASH PREP
• Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, makeup, oils, or strip lash glue)

🩷 FILLS
• Fills require at least 40–50% lash retention or a Full Set may be needed

🤒 HEALTH POLICY
• If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around someone sick within 72 hours before your appointment, please reschedule

👯 GUESTS / CHILDREN
• Due to limited salon space, please come alone unless approved beforehand

💌 NO REFUNDS
If there’s an issue with your service, message me within 48 hours and I’ll do my best to help.

🗓 Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & some Saturdays
⏰ Hours will vary some days, but most appointments will fall between 9AM–4PM.

📍 I will now be salon-based at Lush Blow Dry & Beauty Co. in Guntersville!

• 1 Week Fill — $35

POLICIES:
• ALL sets require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit. Appointments will NOT be held without a deposit.
• Fast Sets require FULL payment upfront.
• Remaining balance may be paid in cash at your appointment.

Starting sometime in June, I’ll officially be taking clients inside a salon in Guntersville & I’m SO excited for this new chapter 🤍

This is something I’ve been working toward for awhile now, and I’m beyond thankful for everyone who has supported my lash journey so far. Being in a salon is going to allow me to grow, create a more relaxing experience for my clients, and continue building my business 🫶🏼

I will also be putting some new policies in place moving forward to help protect my time, business, and appointments. Deposits will be required to book, along with a few other updated policies that will be posted soon ✨
