Thank you to everyone who came out and made this experience so special! This moment was exactly what our souls needed therapeutic, relaxing, and an intentional pause to simply rest while enjoying great company.

A special shoutout to the men who participated! In a time where self-care is widely accepted among women, we often overlook how important it is for men to feel safe and welcome in these spaces too. Self-care is for everyone, and weโ€™re grateful for those who showed up and embraced that.
