Announcement: with summer rapidly approaching and so many special events to be enjoyed, I wanted to notify all of my guests and future guests that I will be out of my suite Thursday, June 30th through the end of the business day Tuesday, July 12th.

I will not have access to my work phone during this time and ask that you please utilize the 24 hour access to my booking software vagaro.com/browsbydenise.

From this site you can easily reschedule any previously scheduled appointment (within 72 hours from appointment time) or schedule any new appointment that you may need for when I return.

Please make sure to check the updated schedule as I have made some adjustments to accommodate for my trip and may have availability on days I'm not normally there.

With both our summer schedules and busy season to come please plan ahead accordingly 🙂 Thank you all for your continued support 🥂

Hey guys just a quick reminder when booking. Combo services are priced and time of service is set for a maintained brow or facial wax. This means services within the last 5 weeks or less. If you are getting services past the 5 week mark this is no longer considered maintenance, even if there has been tweezing at home. Any tweezing outside of my work affects my mapping and I have to adjust the mapping and spend more time for corrective wax than a regularly maintained brow. Brow services past the maintenance stage will need to be scheduled separately and not as a combo to reflect extra time and product that it takes for the service.

There are descriptions for all services on the Vagaro booking site and also a separate service for first time guests 😀

Friendly reminder again, going into the new year I wanted to clarify my work phone is off Thursday-Saturday. Cancelations or rescheduling MUST BE handled through the Vagaro app between the set guideline times. Any applicable fees will apply to anyone who contacts me during these days as I will not have access to my phone to cancel or move any appointments. I will also be touching base with everyone in person.

In an attempt to minimize incurring any additional fees please reschedule (if allowed) to normal next appointment timeframe if uncertain (or sooner). Cancelation policy is stated on my Vagaro app as always. Cancelations within 48 hours are charged booking fee of 50% if not already applied. Any cancelations within 24 hours (not just the day of) will be considered a no show and will be charged 100% of service ( - any booking fee already applied). These guidelines are set in place to allow me sufficient time to replace the appointment in an attempt to make up the income. For example if you are holding that appointment as a rebook for 2-4 weeks I (and my clients) do not have access to booking that space for said time. I ask you please remain courteous to myself and others when it comes to scheduling.

I understand emergencies happen and if there is no set pattern of cancellation behavior, I will do my best to waive fees when deemed necessary. In addition to this policy moving forward after 2 occurrences all appointments (in suite or out of suite) will be charged the booking fee to rebook.

To sum up please schedule at the beginning of the week for the most options of time, as I will be out the later part of the week. Vagaro appointments are only permitted at the latest 12 hours beforehand. Thank you for your time!
