A fellow vendor, told me the Menthol Body Butter calms his heat rashes. “It really works.”he said 🙌 He even puts it on before he drives to the market. Smart guy 💡

One Frena fan’s Full Service melted in his overnight bag from the Oklahoma heat. 💔Tragic, truly. He bought two more to replace it, which pretty much tells you everything. If your man has never been into skincare 🙅‍♂️, it's probably because he hasn't tried Full Service yet. I can spot our guys walking through the market now. 👀Hydrated faces, smooth beards, tattoos that actually glow because they aren't limiting where they put it.🔥

My mom came through 💞 and picked up Menthol Body Butters for her friend in Tulsa, full size 3 Steps in Nzuri scent for herself and a Full Service for her husband. Her exact words, "if you like Chris Stapleton, you'll like this scent." That's Old Fashion for you. 🥃

Had a good talk with a woman about freckles and age spots, how she can barely tell them apart on her own skin anymore. I pulled my hair back and showed her my least favorite dark spot and told her I've made peace with it too. This is just how we look and everyone can deal with it, in the best way possible. 🩷

And we celebrated Matt's birthday right there at the booth with friends and family stopping by all day. It was a magical day. 🥳

I thought that because I can make crème brûlée and emulsified face cream I could make candles. I was wrong. 🕯️

When the entire candle was on fire I made a very fast decision to never make candles again. 🙅‍♀️ There are experts at that and I respect them deeply. I am an expert at tallow skincare and I am going to stay in my lane so I don’t burn my house down.

This is your Monday morning reminder to buy your skincare from someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares so deeply about what we put on our skin.

The conversations this weekend kept me on my toes.🦶🔥

Someone came in and told us that special pigs make the best tallow for skincare. I appreciated the confidence. We use grass fed suet locally sourced and hand rendered until it is odorless. So anyway…

A woman described the two Full Service scents perfectly in one sentence. She said “they smell completely opposite and equally as good.” That is exactly it👏👏👏 I could not have said it better myself or I would have. I mean, I’ve tried but failed.

We fielded a thorough tallow investigation this weekend.🐄 Is it suet? Yes. Where did you buy it? Homestead Processing. Where is that? Down the road from my house. Is it Brazilian owned? No. Do you bleach it? Never.

We also talked about preservatives and why they matter more than most people realize. Without a solid preservative your water based skincare would go bad like fresh strawberries. 🍓 🍓🍓 We all know the feeling 💔

The preservative I use is Liquid Germall Plus, trusted in the professional skincare industry for decades. It keeps every product completely free of bacteria, mold and yeast from the first use to the last, and it does all of that at only 0.5% of the formula. Half of one percent protecting the entire product. 🤯 That is remarkable chemistry and I love it.💞
