The Blueberry Lemon Tart Latte happened to start with a memory.

As a little girl, one of my favorite “secret treats” was sharing lemon meringue pie with my grandfather. I didn’t set out to recreate the pie but I wanted to recreate the feeling.

That meant months of refining, tasting, and starting over until it became the drink I’d imagined… beautiful in the quiet moments and dependable in the busiest ones.

The rest of this menu feels like August to us… the last warm evenings, one more trip to the shore, one more excuse to sit outside with something cold before summer quietly slips away.
