Leaving a legacy for your loved one is so important. Remember or honor your loved ones by having the name of a loved one permanently engraved on an 8” x 8” paver to be placed at Doey’s House House — the only inpatient hospice house in our community. Your inscription can be as unique as your loved one or honoree. For more information on ways to remember your loved ones, visit https://www.hospiceofwc.org/tribute-and-memorial-giving.

We are deeply grateful to the Antietam Exchange Club of Hagerstown, MD for their generous support of Hospice of Washington County’s children’s bereavement programming. This funding will help provide essential tools and resources—including comfort and memorial bears, multicultural grief materials, musical instruments, sensory supports, and caregiver education—to better serve grieving children and families in our community. Your commitment helps ensure that children facing loss are met with compassion, understanding, and the resources they need to heal. Thank you for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

At Doey’s House—the only inpatient hospice house in our community—families and friends can honor a beloved veteran through a lasting tribute, with a $1,000 donation supporting compassionate end-of-life care that includes a special plaque displayed outside our veteran patient rooms; this meaningful recognition reflects a legacy of remembrance, dignity, and gratitude while also helping provide comfort, peace, and support to patients and families in our community when they need it most.
