My Top 5 Night Time Skin Care Secrets:
1. Always double cleanse - you never get all your make-up, products and the day’s aftermath off in one cleanse.
2. Use a new towel every night - that week old hand towel is harboring bacteria and you are inoculating yourself nightly. I swear my active breakouts decreased dramatically with this simple change. Personally, I love the brand.
3. Invest in high-quality products - regardless of which brand you love, it’s key to use them consistently and correctly! Every night I apply my favorite products shown above!
4. Retinol is your new best friend - whether you can tolerate nightly (SkinBetter AlphaRet allows me this!!) or 3-4x weekly - get retinol into your regimen, your skin will thank you 15 years from now.
Lastly….and I swear by this one….
5. Don’t forget the neck & back of the hands - I always bring my products down onto my neck and back of my hands, they are easy areas to overlook but show age rapidly! You don’t need to lather product here - a little goes a long way.
