‼️Due to a number of people no-showing & cancelling last minute. As well as leaving me with a card with insufficient funds or a card that’s locked that I can not charge the cancellation fee on.
I will be requiring half of the service total as a deposit before booking a full set of lashes. This deposit goes towards your service total that you have scheduled and secures your appointment time.
For fills I will require a $15 deposit that will go towards your service total and secures your appointment time.
When you book a full set of lashes you take up a 3-3.5 hour time block that could be filled with up to 3 clients. As well as the product that was set up for your appointment being wasted.
Being a full time college student I have limited hours and most of the time I go outside those hours for my clients, so it’s very disheartening that people abuse my kindness.
I have also added my waivers electronically (when you book you will be asked to sign).
❤️ Be kind to your lash techs ❤️
