🙌🏻October marks the 5th year starting my Massage/Stretch Therapy business!!

🙌🏻 I chose my business name for a reason: ‘Synergy’ Wellness - which means ‘working together’ and daily apply my motto: “working together for wellness in every-Body!”

🙌🏻Whether your individual needs are for pain management, rehabilitation, stretch, or sports therapy ~ my goal is to help provide natural relief and recovery. I will carefully and skillfully create an appropriate massage session that’s just right for you! I truly believe in the positive effects of utilizing multiple modalities that all are ‘working together for wellness in every-Body!’

As of August 1, 2021-
Kimberly Bovo, LMT will be relocating her business, Synergy Wellness & providing Massage Therapy services within ‘Be The Change Fitness & Wellness’ Country Club.

Kim graduated Valedictorian & obtained both a NYS License and National Certification in Massage Therapy in 2017. Since then, she has owned and operates her private practice in the Southtown area. She is also one of the preferred LMT's referred by Great Lakes Physicians, providing medical massage/rehabilitation for City of Buffalo Fire and Police Depts.

Kim specializes in Therapeutic, Orthopedic, Cupping, & Myofascial Stretch massage therapies and has obtained additional training/certification with SportStretch®.

Whether your individual needs are for pain management, rehabilitation, stretch, sports therapy, and/or stress/tension ~ Kim will carefully and skillfully create an appropriate massage session for you. She believes in the positive effects of utilizing multiple modalities that all are “working together for wellness in every-Body!”
