For those interested in what’s been going on, here’s an album condensing the many pictures taken showing the hard work that went into the revitalization of this building. Some may remember the building as Mariano’s or Ski’s pizzeria. It’s not a pizzeria anymore!!!! During demo we also found a garage door in the wall and motorcycle mufflers in the ceiling.

Welcome to Boston Beauty & Wellness! A BEAUTIFUL shared space created specifically for beauty and wellness practitioners to run their businesses. What started as a first time renovation project for the newly formed Sibiga Properties LLC, quickly turned into creating a space that I could work in myself. Envisioning a space that could not only have massage therapy and esthetics but also other beauty and wellness practitioners. After making a plan for our space, Sibiga Properties LLC started the process of renovating. With the benefit of having three stone masons as co owners of this building we utilized their craftsmanship not only on the outside of the building but also on the inside. Some will say this project took a long time to complete, but Sibiga Properties LLC is proud to say we did the majority of the work ourselves, working weekends while also working our other jobs. From demolition, floor planning, roofing, carpentry plumbing and painting, we poured our heart and soul into this building and created a beautiful salon and spa.
