New technology .pro. My continued review: I used it in toning: continued review…
what it did: made all the fresh hi-lighted and pre-hi-lighted hair a nice even tone all through out the hair shaft.
What it did not do: it lowered the ph enough that it did not break the base of the virgin hair!
I love this stuff!
