Our experienced barbers specialize in sharp haircuts, fades, beard trims, and classic barbering for men & boys. My name is Ron Carrano, and I'm a barber, and have been since the age of 22. Upon completing my college degree, with a major in Management, and minor in Econ, the only thing I truly knew, was that I wanted no part of corporate America. I needed more than what a desk or cubicle could prov
ide. I needed to work with my hands. I needed to be social. I needed to create, and be artistic...Most of all, I needed the environment and social aspect being a barber provides for me, and the client alike. I fell in love when I was 14 years old, with the witty banter, learned life lessons, intense debate, & stories of a time gone by, set to the sounds of clicking steel blades, and the scent of talc. Yup, for me, there's nowhere like the barber shop. That being said, I always knew there was a very specific manner in which I thought today's barber shop should be presented to the public in the 21st century. I didn't want the same old, dusty shop, mass producing the same old boring cut, over and over again. I wanted the feel of old school nostalgia, set to a current and classy backdrop. I wanted a place that offered top notch service & comfort on par, or greater than the most exclusive salon, with a more reasonable inclusive price point. It was my belief that this level of quality should be available to everyone, and not the select few. I wanted to create an experience that would soon turn into a tradition, capable of being enjoyed over & over again for generations to come. For that reason, I'm truly excited to present my vision of what a barber shop should be. With that in mind, it's my great pleasure to introduce Carrano's Barber Shoppe! Upon entering, our shop, it won't take you long to notice our four 1940 Belmont Barber Chairs. These antique chairs have been fully restored from the inside out, and are fully functional. I assure you, if it's nostalgia you crave, it doesn't get any better than this. Our space is warm, and inviting. There's ten comfortable waiting chairs there for you if you're waiting for your haircut, waiting for a loved one to finish their's, or just there to kill some time and catch up with friends.
