Meet Virginia. Virginia leads with her heart in all things and loyalty is her backbone. Her super power is seeing people, really seeing them, and listening to them with her whole heart. When she laughs, it is with her entire being and her smile will light up any room.

She grew up here in the Bitterroot Valley and went to cosmetology school because she wanted to help people look their best and bring their inner beauty to the front and center.

Virginia specializes in creating dramatic transformations with hair cuts, hair color, and even acrylic nails, but she is also ready to stick with you to keep your fabulous transformation fresh and maintained. Although she loves adult transformations, Virginia excels at working with kids, and works particularly well with neuro-divergent children. Her favorite part of any appointment is the end, when her clients see themselves with new eyes and love the result 🥰

Hello my Friends, it's so nice to finally meet you 😁 My name is Desarae and at the beginning of this year (2023), I became the new owner of Adore Hair & Design. Danielle and Marika (the Beautiful Humans that not only first imagined, but then created, sustained and grew Adore Hair & Design) have entrusted me to carry this salon forward into its next chapter and while it has been a lot of work, it has also been my great pleasure these last 6 months to do so.

Some of you already know me, but for those who do not... Hi 😁 I was born and raised in Montana (grew up in Lolo), married another Montanan (from Whitefish), and we are raising and homeschooling our two boys here in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. I am an artist at heart and in spirit and have been so blessed to be able to express this passion through nails and nail design. Adore Hair & Design Salon gave me the opportunity to build and grow my business, Montana Sugar Nails, with the flexibility needed to balance family in the mix, and manage my health and wellbeing. I am so excited to pay it forward and intend to keep this as a place where other beauty professionals can find the opportunities that have enriched my life so much, while also keeping this salon a happy little beacon of self-care for our clients and community.

I will be introducing you to some of our wonderful beauty professionals soon because making this salon a wonderful place takes a village, and these make up the best village.
