Full-service barber shop located North of Hamlin Corners (Rts 590 & 196) The only true barber shop in Hamlin, established in 1977 by Stanley Romanski.
In January 2012, Matthew Lyons, a Carbondale Barber School graduate, joined Stanley, age 95, nearing retirement. Services include:
basic men and boys haircuts,
styled cuts,
bald fades,
shape ups,
hot towel straight razor shave,
chair massage

Looks like some settlers are building a cabin! Let’s hope they’re not attacked as some in the area have been. 😬
Many raids happened back in the late 1700’s! Just over the hill behind this future cabin, a raid occurred. Many more happened not far away.
A lot of the volunteers had ancestors who were settlers in this area. Such attacks were mentioned in a deed I found in my grandmother's belongings.
