In November 2011, aspiring lash artist Haley Chipman founded Bella Lash in her living room. She wanted to create the most innovative lash products and best education in the industry. More than that, she wanted to create a global COMMUNITY of lash artists to support and empower each other.
9 years later and we are still going strong!
