What is it! ?

It's done fully clothed.

I release the connective tissue using gentle techniques. The connective tissue covers every structure in the body. Connective tissue release is using either gentle traction or a hold to unravel that web so it returns to the way it was already built.
It is gentle work and I allow the body to release. I'm not forcing anything to happen.

What is Kinetic Chain Release ?

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a unique 23-step protocol designed to help bring your body back into better alignment and reduce areas of tension and restriction.

Each session takes 45–60 minutes, and your $100 treatment also includes a 15-minute targeted massage focused on the area where you're experiencing the most discomfort.

Your customized massage may include:

Why I Became a Massage Therapist

Ten years ago, I was overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, and carrying more stress than my body and mind could handle. Like so many women, I was trying to hold everything together while silently carrying the weight of life, responsibilities, and emotional overwhelm.

Then I experienced the transformative power of professional massage therapy for the first time.

That experience changed my life.

For the first time in a long time, I felt safe. I felt relief. I felt my body begin to let go of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. That moment planted a seed in me and sparked a calling to help others experience that same healing.

I became licensed as a Massage Therapist in 2016 and have continued expanding my education ever since because I truly believe healing is never one-size-fits-all.
