September brings a fresh start — new classrooms, new routines, new schedules… and a whole lot of adjusting.

This month, our Community Care sessions are dedicated to the people who spend so much of their time caring for, teaching, supporting, and showing up for others:

Educators & school staff
Childcare providers
Parents & caregivers

Because summer is wonderful — but it can also be a lot. And getting everyone settled into a new school-year routine is a whole different kind of exhausting.

So this September, we want to give a few of those people a chance to pause, reset, and have someone take care of them for a change.

Nominate someone you know — or nominate yourself — for a complimentary 60-minute Community Care session at Healing Hands Massage.

Because the people who spend their days taking care of everyone else deserve some care, too.

Everyone deserves a chance to reset. And you matter!!

Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and cared for.

This June, in recognition of Pride Month, Community Care Thursday is dedicated to members of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether they are living authentically, supporting others, advocating for inclusion, or simply navigating life as themselves, we want to offer a space for rest, healing, and care.

Nominations open June 1 and run through the end of the month. Winners will be selected June 30th.

Massages to take place Thursdays in July.

Healing Hands is out of the office Thursday and Friday this week so we can be at the hospital giving care to those who care for us ❤️

This May, Community Care Thursday is dedicated to those who spend their lives caring for others 💚

Caregivers, parents, nurses, aides, and those who show up day after day for the people who need them most—this month is for you.

We know how much you give.
We also know how rarely that care gets returned to you.

In honor of National Nurses Week (May 6–12), we want to take a moment to especially recognize nurses and healthcare workers, while also holding space for all forms of caregiving.

Community Care Thursday offers four complimentary 60-minute massage or reflexology sessions each month for members of our community who may not otherwise have access to care.

Nominations are open May 1-May 31st.
