I’m especially excited to learn alongside and from fellow Military Spouse of the Year community members who are doing incredible work every day!

Feeling incredibly honored to be accepted into the inaugural Leadership Pender Class of 2026 — and to represent Alpha Osteopractic while diving deep into everything that makes Pender County tick 💙

Over the next year, I’ll be learning alongside some amazing leaders as we explore local education, healthcare, public safety, environmental awareness, and more — all with the goal of making a lasting impact in our community.

✨ A Personal + Business Update ✨

I’ve been trying to find the words for this… because it makes me emotional.

Pure Romance is changing, again.

I’ve been in this business for over 13 years. It’s been part of my identity, my passion, and my purpose. When the team model ended a few years ago, it changed everything for me. Those women I led and worked alongside? They held me down. They were more than just teammates. They were my people. They are STILL my people. What we built was real.

Now, another shift is happening. After June, Pure Romance is becoming direct-to-consumer. No more consultants. Just distributors, and even that will look very different. We will no longer be connected to the Pure Romance brand. If we want to stay in this space, we have to become our own brands.

That’s not what I want.

Women’s health will always be in my heart… but I feel myself being pulled in a different direction. I don’t want to start over and build a new intimacy brand from scratch. I’m in a hard season of life right now. I’m navigating the ups and downs of raising a special needs child, trying to be present with my other kids, nourishing my marriage and somewhere in all of that, trying to remember the woman I am and what I dream about too.

I’m ambitious. I know I’m made for something great. But right now I’m also trying to be a great mom. That balance isn’t easy. I’m also a person who is learning how to slow down.

I think what I really want to build on to what I’ve already been doing, a lifestyle brand. Sharing the real stuff. Mom life. Marriage. Etc. Messy, beautiful, vulnerable, honest stories. I don’t know exactly what it’s going to look like yet, but I do know this: I’m not disappearing. I’m just evolving. I hope you’ll still be here for it. Thank you for sticking with me through all the seasons. Your support means more to me than you’ll ever know.
