🔔 Important Invoice & Booking Policies:

I kindly ask that when you request an invoice for a product , you are ready to complete your payment at that time.
💳 Invoices will expire after 1 hour if unpaid, and the item will be canceled. You’ll need to request a new invoice if you still want the item.

💆🏽‍♀️ Appointment Etiquette:
We understand life happens, cancellations 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 30% of your service & same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service as per our policy. This helps protect my time and respect everyone’s schedule. 💖
