Just wanted to let everyone know that I had a loss in my family this past week so I have been in and out of the shop. I will be back in next week.

I have been receiving inquiries about whether I am opening tomorrow, I am waiting to see what the weather does overnight before deciding. If I do end up closing I will reach out and let everyone know.

Also, with the weather and closing last weekend I ended up with a bunch of messages for new appointments/ rescheduling. If you reached out this past week and I have not replied please reach out again! I was super busy and I may have accidentally missed you.

🛑 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The Purple Hare, your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy below:

⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

💳 Booking & Payment Policy
• A credit/debit card is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
• Payment for services will be collected at the time of your appointment via [cash/card/etc.].

🚷 No-Show Policy
• A client who misses their appointment without notice will be marked as a no-show and charged the full service amount.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

💬 Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next guest.

💕 Emergency Cancellations

I understand that unexpected things happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have an emergency or illness. In these cases, fees may be waived at my discretion.

There has been an issue with Square where it is showing availability that isn’t available... if you are trying to make an appointment and get an error message that is because there is already someone on my book at that time.
