At 13, I had my very first client.
At 17, I earned my cosmetology license.
I only ever worked booth rent in one shop before building my own.
When COVID-19 hit, I built my own shop.

In May 2023, I graduated from George Mason University with my degree in Health Administration, with a minor in Health Systems Management.

In July 2023, I purchased my first Freightliner truck (TheHairDrug bought the truck 😉).

I even invested in a restaurant — proof that not every move is a win, but every move is a lesson.

Over the years of braiding, I gave back — free hairstyles, free school supplies, drive-through giveaways, partnering with the other brands, Boys & Girls Club, and even speaking at an 8th grade graduation! 💐

By 24, I became a licensed cosmetology instructor.

This is my story. This is my foundation. And I’m still writing it.
