g what was wrong with their locs, I wanted to correct them. I knew I could fix it, and they would get out of my chair like “OMG! Thankyou!” I was proud of my work, and they were proud of their hair. “If I can do it, you can too”It took me a bit to figure it out, but I’m so inlove with what I do. I adore my clients and they appreciate the fact that I get to know them and take great care of their hair. I make sure the right foundation is set; that they have the proper loc-to-root ratio. Even more, we always start with a clean palette, and use products that promote growth and overall healthy locs. But what I pride myself the most on is having scheduling down to a science. My clients never have to wait for their appointments; they get straight into my chair. It means a lot to me that they can get their hair done with precision without taking up half of their day. They get to leave feeling amazing with plenty of time left to spend with their families.At the end of the day, what’s so awesome is that there’s always something new to learn; a way to perfect my craft even more. It keeps me motivated. And I want people to feel that. If I can do it, you can do it too. If you want long, neat and beautiful locs, you can have them. And if you want to get into the business of doing locs, you can do it too. All you have to do is believe you can. What else could a girl ask for?...
