because a friend this special deserves a whole happy birthday post. To know is to love her, and to be able to call her one of my best friends makes me one of the luckiest girls in the world! Sappy post coming in HOT. Today was .is.out.here’s last day at . I am so excited for her to start this new adventure in her life and cannot wait to cheer her on along the way. However, my heart was not ready to say ‘see you later’ quite this soon. I’m a firm believe that God brings people into your life for a reason and that’s exactly what he did with Emma. Yes, OTF is one of the main reasons I’m in such a better place mentally & physically but Emma was the driving force behind that. Your energy, spirit, constant encouragement, & trap rap playlists are the reason I was able to stay committed and dedicated to coming to classes. I literally told my therapist that if I don’t workout on Mondays with Emma it throws my whole vibe & week off. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I am going to miss you more than you know and Nashville is so lucky to have you! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for EVERYTHING you have done for me Emma. You’re stuck with this friend for life. 🧡

Several months ago I took a leap of faith & joined SEINT and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve met so many incredible women and the community I get to be a part of is unmatched! You’ve probably noticed that I haven’t mentioned it much during the past few months, but life happens and unfortunately I let my situations get the best of me. However I’m recommitting myself to my goals and I’m ready to dive back in head first! 💯

Basically all that to say I’m finally saying screw it to what other people think, getting my grind back on, & making taking care of myself a top priority. If I fail at any of this, at least I can say that I tried! 💁🏼‍♀️
