Lowcountry Cosmetics with Adrienne

It's time to get out of the house and get into shape. Forget about the stress and contracts that go along with joining a gym and join Firefly Fitness. Not only will you get an unconventional workout while enjoying our beautiful lowcountry landscape you will also form friendships with like minded women. Firefly Fitness is taught by certified instructors to ensure safety and proper techniques to optimize each workout. If desired we will offer body assessments to track progress. Each workout will be approximately 45 minutes to include cardio, strength training, and core work. If it is child care you are worried about there is no need to worry any longer. Simply stop with the excuses and bring your child along! Class will be held Monday through Friday from 9:30-10:15 at a couple of our favorite locations in the area, Park Circle and Wannamaker Park. Prices and packages:
$50 a month for unlimited classes
$65 for 10 classes (expires after 3 months)
$35 for 5 classes (expires after 2 months)
$10 per drop in
