I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for trusting me with your skincare needs over the years. It has been a pleasure to work with you and to help you achieve your skincare goals.

After careful consideration, I have decided to discontinue offering PCA Chemical Peel Packages. This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary for the sustainability of my business. Here are the key reasons behind this change:
Ongoing Education Costs: The expenses associated with continuing education every other year have become significant.
Client Scheduling: I have noticed that many clients are unable to maintain their scheduled appointments, which impacts the overall effectiveness of the treatments.
Pricing Structure: While I have strived to keep my prices as low as possible to make services accessible, the substantial discounts I provide have drastically reduced my profit margins, cutting them by 80%. Also, clients not purchasing the packages at a low rate package cost. If I don’t buy quantity, I can’t get the products at the lowest cost for you.
Moving forward, I will focus on my personal continuing education and will no longer offer PCA Chemical Peels once my current stock is depleted. Instead, I will be offering microdermabrasion facials and anti-aging facials.
I appreciate your understanding as I make this transition. My goal is to ensure that I can continue to provide quality services while maintaining a sustainable business model.
