After more than 20 years in this industry, Tammy has watched brands change ownership, direction and priorities.

So when Caché began building a deeper relationship with Keune, she didn’t just want someone to tell her what the company stood for.

She wanted to see it.

The headquarters.
The manufacturing.
The education.
The people behind the products she recommends to clients every day.

And what stood out wasn’t a polished sales presentation.

It was the opposite.

When someone didn’t know an answer, they said so.

Then they found someone who did.

A tour that was supposed to last around 45 minutes stretched toward two hours because one question kept opening another door.

There’s a big difference between hearing a company’s values and experiencing them firsthand.

She works this in before the blow-dry to help give the hair hold and shape, so the style has something to hold onto as she’s creating it.

The final step for that silky, glossy finish. A little goes a long way to smooth everything out and add shine.

We went looking for Keune. We came home seeing Caché differently.

We went to the Netherlands wanting to understand what it really meant to be a Keune Ambassador Salon.

We expected to learn more about Keune.

What we didn’t expect was to come home seeing our own salon differently.

Before the trip, we had built up this idea of what a successful Ambassador Salon was supposed to look like — perfect systems, perfect culture, everything figured out.

Then we visited two completely different salons and realized something:

They were still doing the work, too.

Developing people. Protecting culture. Managing change. Turning a vision into a real business.

We didn’t come home wanting to copy someone else’s salon.

We came home more confident in what we’ve built at Caché — and even more motivated to keep building it.

Available days: Monday, Tuesday + Saturday
