Through personalized-therapeutic massage my clients achieve states of blissful-relaxation and decreased pain. When I give massages your needs come first!
Relaxation, pain relief and stress relief are all within reach through working with me.
I always try making short videos but it’s hard when I’m not scripted and just trying to be real. This video talks a tiny bit about Myosomatic Bodywork and where I’m at with rolling it out.
I’m going to keep talking about it as I roll it out, this type of work is my most favorite of all bodywork to receive and hold space for! Thanks for sticking with my 2.5 minute long video…. And if that’s too long for ya… I get it. Just wanted to say, I’m taking my time with rolling this out because it needs to be rolled out with the utmost integrity. ☺️

What an amazing 5 days of learning and experiencing! I am officially certified in level 1 of MyoSomatic Bodywork. I loved this group and instructor… and I am looking forward to bringing this into practice with my clients!!!

I’m currently in Arizona learning about the crossroads of Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral and Somatic healing.
This work is magic, I will be offering these modalities in the future!
Stay tuned for more, and if you have ever been interested in these modalities and you are a current client, let me know! I will be planning a roadmap to integrate this into my practice and you could be part of that!
What is Cupping? I tried making this under a minute, but… New 30 minute Cupping sessions available!
Growth is about coming back to yourself over and over… Massage can be that space of presence for you! Let’s find your calm!!
New clients get $20 off.
