Kinda busy creating realistic ar**las and working with incredible women. š
Hereās a little behind the scenes of my day as an ar**la tattoo artist.
Every client, every story, every reconstruction and every day is different. And honestly? I still think itās one of the coolest jobs ever.
If youāve ever been curious about learning this life changing art, my last 3D Ar**la Tattooing training of the year is coming up:
Learn The Realism Methodā¢

Did you know you can lose ar**la pigment after a breast surgery?
Changes in blood flow during surgery can sometimes cause the ar**la to heal with lighter, uneven, or completely lost pigmentation. In more severe cases, tissue damage or necrosis can occur.
Even when the tissue heals well, the natural pigment may not fully return.
Once the area is completely healed and cleared by your surgeon, medical ar**la tattooing can help restore color, improve symmetry, and recreate the appearance of a natural ar**la.
If youāve experienced pigment loss or changes after breast surgery, book a virtual consultation with me to learn if ar**la tattooing may be right for you.
Thereās a big difference between tattooing flat skin and tattooing over a surgically reconstructed ni**le.
A reconstructed ni**le is essentially scar tissue, so creating a realistic result requires an understanding of skin, pigment saturation, color, shading, and technique, all working together to create the illusion of natural color, texture, and dimension.
These are the details I dive into during my 3D Ar**la Tattooing: The Realism Method⢠training.
My next training is November 7ā8 in Chicago. Itās a small-group, hands-on experience focused on the techniques and artistry behind realistic ar**la tattooing.
If youāve been thinking about adding this specialized work to your skill set, Iād love to share more information with you. You can also visit the link in my bio to learn more and register.

Last weekendās Advanced Ar**la Tattoo Training was such a special one. š¤
I had the honor of training two experienced permanent makeup artists and an oncology physician, three women who are passionate about expanding their knowledge and helping more people feel confident and supported through their healing journey.
We dove into the foundations of creating a realistic 3D effect, tattoo and machine theory, shading techniques, latex skin practice, and hands-on model work.
Teaching this work means so much to me. Iām sharing the knowledge Iāve spent years developing because I truly believe everyone deserves access to quality ar**la tattoos.
My next Advanced Ar**la Tattoo Training isĀ November 7ā8, and it will be myĀ last training of the year.
If youāve been thinking about learning this work, Iād love to connect and share more info.

Ar**la tattoo on a surgically reconstructed ni**le + scar camouflage tattooing on DIEP flap scars.
I love being able to show the different stages of ar**la tattooing because the results can heal so differently from how the color looks immediately after the appointment.
As the pigment settles, the details soften into the skin and the overall result becomes more natural. Then, at the touch-up, we can refine the color, add back any details that may have softened, and make those final adjustments.
Every personās skin is different, and every result is approached individually.
Swipe through to see the progression from before, to healed, to the final result after touch-up. āØ

A reconstructed ni**le can create physical projection and shape, but a 3D ar**la tattoo can add the visual details that create the illusion of depth, texture, color, and dimension. š¤
Every reconstruction is different, and learning to work with reconstructed ni**les is an important part of creating realistic, natural-looking results. It requires more than just knowing how to tattoo, itās understanding reconstruction, skin, color theory, anatomy, and the techniques that bring realism to life.
These are the foundations I love sharing in my training with artists who feel called to this work. Because when you understand the why behind the technique, you can approach each client with more confidence, intention, and care.
Upcoming in-person trainings:
š Los Angeles ā September 11 & 12 (Only 1 spot left)
š Chicago ā November 7 & 8 (My last training of the year!)
If this work speaks to you, Iād love to have you in class. āØClick the link in my bio to register or schedule a training consultation call.
A permanent decision deserves time, confidence, and trust. ā¤ļø
Not every client is ready to commit to a permanent ar**la tattoo right away.
Temporary 3D ar**la tattoos give clients the chance to visualize a potential result before making a permanent decision. They can make the consultation process feel more comfortable and help clients move forward with greater confidence when the time is right.
For ar**la tattoo artists, theyāre a meaningful consultation tool that helps clients better understand the procedure, visualize placement, and make informed decisions at their own pace.
Sometimes, seeing whatās possible is the first step toward feeling confident in your choice.Ā

Every PMU artist knows this heartbreak. šš
When those healed nano strokes come back looking absolutely chefās kiss... and your client says, āI think I want ombrĆ© instead.ā š
It hurts a little, not because itās the wrong choice, but because we get emotionally attached to beautiful healed results.
The good news? Thatās the beauty of permanent makeup. Once youāve lived with your brows, you may realize you want a little more definition and thatās completely okay.
