Hey Fit Fam!!! Coming in hot with a new workout💪🏾

Today’s workout hits legs, core, upper body, and cardio in one quick circuit:

✅ Side Lunges 10-12 each side
✅ Sit-ups or Crunches 20 reps
✅ Inverted Pull-ups 10-12 reps (or 8-10 full pull-ups for a challenge)
✅ Half-Jacks 30 seconds

Try 3 sets of each exercise and keep that energy up!

Good morning Fam🎉 The weather is too beautiful to stay inside this week ☀️ Perfect time to take the kids to the park, let them play, and sneak in a quick workout of your own.

Here’s my 2nd September Park circuit training:
💪🏾Bench Tricep Dips (3-4 sets| 10-12 reps)
🔥Modified Bench Burpees (30-45 sec)
🙌🏾Bench Crunches (20 reps)
🏃🏽‍♀️ Modified Mountain Climbers (30-45 sec)

I designed this series with moms in mind, but it’s a workout that anyone can do, anywhere. No excuses, just movement that makes you stronger. 💯
