Merry Christmas and wishing all a Happy New Year! I am thankful to everyone who shares their friendship! God is good all the time! Looking forward to sharing more time together in the new year!

Good Wednesday morning! As I am at home with a much needed day off to get caught up, I want to thank everyone that has come to the new location of Good Vibes Salon at the Eich!
I passed inspection July 10th and have begun working as a soft opening. Some cosmetic finishes that I am working on were put on hold due to a battle with some poison sumac vines😅 It's not pretty but I have managed to get through the itching phase!

Directions upon arrival:
Large parking lot in the back of the building with 2 entrances. Enter the building from the East awning. It is marked. Turn right in the hallway and Good Vibes is the first door on the left.

Scheduling an appt:
I am maintaining my schedule as by appointment only. Fresha is the app that I am continuing to use. I am not able to accept new guests at this time.

In the environment that I share with such amazing other businesses, (medical and professional)I am respectful to their space as well. Perms and acrylic odors are not compliant with that, so I will not be offering those services.

Gift certificates:
If anyone has a gift certificate from Good Vibes Salon that they aren't able to use, please contact me and with the original certificate, I can refund your balance.

A new salon is coming to 610 High Street! Flourish and Root. The owner Joy Emlet has great plans for this location and Beth Gilbert will be joining her! She will also have a lash technician! Joy will have a page for you to follow and will be using Square as the service platform. Please show your support for a new business owner!💜

Announcement:
My husband has chosen to be my business partner and we have purchased suite 118 at the Eichelberger Professional Center! I am excited to get closer to the hospital, library and the cancer treatment center. I will continue using Fresha as my scheduling platform.

Growth never stops it just changes shape💜

Good afternoon and happy Wednesday! After having the amazing opportunity to be a business owner for 7 years and the joy of working alongside Beth for almost 6 of the 7 years, I will not be renewing the lease and will be closing June 21st, 2025. If you have any gift certificates that you haven't used, please message me and I will refund the balance. Please bring the original gift certificate.

It has been such a privilege to work in this industry and meet so many wonderful people that I now call friends! Most of you know that my breast cancer battle in 2022 did not slow me down but there are many thoughts that go through my mind regarding the rest of my life's plan. Keeping the salon open would mean more 12 hour days and time away from my family. My husband and children have been amazing and supportive and it is time to spend more quality time together!

I do not have a "plan" yet but I know that God will provide it to me when it is time. Beth will be working until the salon closes unless something unforseen would occur.

Please know that this decision was made after many days/nights of endless thoughts. We will miss "our happy place" that brought joyful memories!

The owner is looking to lease the building again. If you know of anyone looking for a salon to lease, it will be available. I would love to see someone else succeed in this space!
