Last night at the Pro Beauty Direct | Home of PBD Live & Textures Hair Art Show event was such a beautiful reminder of why it’s important to stay connected, stay teachable, and keep showing up.

I got to see people I hadn’t seen in a while, reconnect with beauty professionals in the industry, network, gain wisdom, and simply be surrounded by other creatives who understand the beauty of what we do.

There’s something special about being in a room with people who are creating, growing, learning, and evolving.

And one thing I know for sure…

I will continue to be in the room. 🙌🏾

But what an HONOR and PRIVILEGE it is when He chooses to use us!

Because listen… if God said it, IT’S GOING TO HAPPEN.

If He wants it done, IT WILL BE DONE.

And guess what? Your “NO” doesn’t stop God. He’ll just find somebody else who’s willing to say YES!

So don’t get prideful about being chosen.
Get humble. Get grateful. Get obedient.

Because it’s not that God needs us…
