Important Changes Coming to Luxus in March!

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. We’re writing to share an important update regarding our service pricing at both of our office locations.

Beginning March 15th, there will be adjustments to our pricing across select treatments and services. This decision was not made lightly. As the cost of medical-grade products, advanced technologies, and operational expenses continues to rise, these price adjustments will allow us to continue to maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and results that you trust and expect from us.

What to expect:
Price changes will mostly impact Botox, Fillers, PDGF, PRP/PRF/PRF Ez Gel, Microneedling, and ViPeels. Please refer to the bottom of this email for a current list services and treatments expected to be impacted by these prices changes and their new prices. These price changes will be in effect as of March 15th at both our Happy Valley, Oregon and Colorado Springs, Colorado locations.

If you have any questions about the updated pricing or would like to schedule an appointment before the increase, our team is happy to help.

Dear Luxus Clients,

We strive to provide premium services for our clients and truly care about each of you. We understand that things come up in our busy schedules, but our time is also valuable.

Starting today, 2/13/26, we will be strictly enforcing a newly revised no-show/cancellation policy.

Our new cancellation policy:
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice of it’s scheduled start-time, you will be charged a fee in an amount respective to the service you booked. This fee will be charged to the card you provided either online, or over the phone, during the booking process. To provide our clients with more flexibility, in the event your are charged a fee for violating our cancellation policy, it may now be used as a credit during a future visit.

Due to the increased flexibility of our new no-show/cancellation policy, there will be no more exceptions for no-showing appointments or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice regardless of the reason for doing so.

Fees for violating the policy:
The different cancelation policy fees per respective services are listed in the full cancelation policy that you are required to acknowledge and agree to before booking online.
