Friends! The crud has hit me 🤧
However, there is honestly no better feeling than caring for myself holistically. I have been remedying myself this week with a few of my favs!
🍃 Elderberry and Mullein tincture which I’ve been adding to hot teas and tonics (my husband has been taking it straight with spoonfuls of local honey). Elderberry for immune support and Mullein for respiratory support
🍃 Tension Relief Roller for help opening my airways and sooth sinus pressure from the shoulders up - it is made with lavender and peppermint essential oil
🍃 Muscle Mellow comfrey and calendula salve for all my other aches and pains (mostly in my lower back)
🍃 Blood Orange chapstick which really speaks for itself —> did you know I was running these at 1$ ?!
