I built a life through lashes, and now I’m showing other women what’s possible.

My name is Monica Licensed Esthetician, Lash Artist, and Founder of Mae Studios.

I started lashing in a small bedroom in 2022 with very little certainty, but a deep desire to create a better life for myself and my family. I didn’t have everything figured out. I just knew I wanted more freedom, more peace, more financial freedom, and the opportunity to build something that was truly mine.

What started as a dream became my reality through long nights, sacrifice, consistency, and faith. Over the years, I built a thriving beauty business, opened two salon suite locations, created a loyal clientele, and built a brand rooted in growth and empowerment.

But behind the business was a woman learning to believe in herself.

A woman navigating motherhood, pressure, heartbreak, fear, and moments of wanting to give up while still showing up every single day.

That’s why this means so much to me.

I know what it feels like to want more for your life. To crave financial freedom, confidence, independence, and purpose, but not know where to start.

My goal is not only to teach you lashes it’s to help you see what’s possible for yourself.

Inside this training, I teach the artistry, technique, retention, branding, and client experience that helped me build my career. But I also pour into the mindset, confidence, and discipline needed to truly succeed.

This course was created for the women ready to stop doubting themselves, take a chance on their future, and step into the version of themselves they’ve been praying to become.
