I am an independent contractor operating inside Rustic Roots Salon. While I proudly work within Rustic Roots, I independently own and operate my business.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee and may require a deposit before booking future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment so I can provide every guest with the full experience they deserve.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled, and services will not be performed.

Color Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. While I do not offer refunds on salon services, I proudly stand behind my work and am committed to making reasonable adjustments whenever necessary.

* If you notify me within 7 days of your appointment, I will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge.
* If you notify me between 8 and 14 days after your appointment, I am still happy to make adjustments. You will only be responsible for the cost of the color products needed to complete the service.
* Requests made more than 14 days after the original appointment will be considered a new service and will be scheduled and priced accordingly.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns so we can determine the best solution together.

My color adjustment policy is intended to achieve the original result discussed during your consultation.

It does not apply if you simply decide you would prefer a different color, tone, or style after your appointment. Changes in personal preference will be treated as a new service and priced accordingly.

Please provide an honest and complete history of your hair, including:

* Previous salon color
* Box color
* Bleach
* Henna
* Keratin treatments
* Relaxers or perms
* Medications or medical conditions that may affect your hair

Undisclosed chemical history may impact your results, and I cannot guarantee outcomes when important information is withheld.

Home Care

Beautiful hair doesn’t end when you leave the salon.

Color longevity and hair health depend greatly on proper at-home maintenance. I cannot guarantee the longevity of color if professional recommendations are not followed or if fading occurs due to factors such as:

* Hard water or well water
* Swimming
* Excessive heat styling
* Sun exposure
* Improper home care
* Medications or hormonal changes

All service prices are starting prices.

Final pricing is based on the amount of product used, hair length and density, time required, and the services performed during your appointment.

Any additional services requested during your appointment may increase the final price.
