In an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 Governor Cooper ordered hair, nail, and skin care facilities to close Wednesday March 25, 2020 at 5:00pm for a minimum of at least 30 days. As of May 5, 2020, the Executive Order 138 of Governor Cooper confirmed the beginning of the phased plan for reopening businesses in NC. This new order states that all hair, nail, and skin care facilities still closed through at least May 22, 2020. Any updates to this developing situation will be posted here on our social media and/or website and at www.nccosmeticarts.com
