I like this is an example of lunch I like to enjoy so I can have ongoing energy the remainder of the day and through the evening for the workout. Vegan chicken, yellow peppers, garlic, potatoes, carrots rice plantains and avocado. Make your plates as colorful as possible! See you at 630pm for today's workout!

Even the best in shape can get an injury. That's what I suffered at/around minute 15:48 remaining in the last workout, Friday. During these jumps it's crucial to jump from low so as to only use legs when jumping. I was tired and should of taken a quick break to correct my form. This caused me to incorrectly use my back. I finished the video because at the time the pull felt small but, a pull is a pull.

All in all I'll heal soon w oils, stretching and rest. However right now I'm in discomfort because the pain is intense. I'm not able to bend over for anything and moving is painful.

Typically I go hard three weeks then take a full break for a week for healing, rest and continued stretching. So I'll be taking this week off training. Look through the last three weeks of video as a guide to getting your own routine started with Insanity workouts.

Make your lunch or afternoon meal the biggest one of the day. Pack it full of protein and fiber! Just this plate alone packs more than 22g of plant based protein and 13 grams of fiber!

Real fuel starts in the morning. Many people go without eating until lunch; worst thing you can do for your body. Get fuel in there such as fiber and berries early in the morning! Workout at 6pm!

Spent my evening with my wife and baby daughter celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. We'll see you Wednesday 6ish for the workout!

Today's workout will be outside and yours should be too. I will be doing an old school army two mile run w ab and push up intervals along the way with the riverview. Get out, workout and enjoy the weather! Tomorrow, I'll see here for some non stop cardio at 6pm!
