It is with a heavy heart and some mixed emotions that I am announcing the closing of Salon Details Inc. on Saturday, June 29th, 2024. This decision was not made lightly, but due to many unforseen circumstances in the past few years, it is unfortunately a reality we must face that the doors can not remain open. We all want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our loyal clients for staying faithful and becoming family. Each of us is so thankful for all the years we have had with you all.
Our stylists will all continue to service their individual clientele at other locations.
Renita Walker will be taking her years of experience and color expertise to Sola Salons Suite 22, 2553 Brindle Drive Harrisburg PA, 17110.
Tonda and Tomesha Bryant will be taking their years of experience and their excellent attention to detail, to My Salon Suite, 5096 Jonestown Road, Unit 1300, Suite 205 Harrisburg PA, 17112.
Jill Martinez has decided to retire from doing hair and enjoy some much needed time off and relaxation.

For those who would like to attend Alan's funeral service, it will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022 at the United Church of Christ, 24 West Main Street, Blain with a visitation from 12 PM until the funeral service at 1 PM. Burial to follow at the Blain Cemetery.

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we must announce the unexpected passing of our dear friend and co-owner Alan Wilt on Wednesday August 3, 2022. Alan was a special soul. A funny, caring, genuine person who will be extremely missed by his Salon Details family.
All of Alan's clients will be rescheduled in a timely manner. We just ask that you are patient as we navigate through this extremely tough time for us all.
We will keep you all updated as to the date and time of Alan's services. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

After 2 long years Salon Details Inc. is pleased to announce that as of June 20, 2022 we will no longer require our clients to wear face masks. Of course if you would still feel more comfortable wearing a face mask please feel free to do so. Your Salon Details Inc. family appreciates all the support and understanding as we navigated through the last 2 years along with everyone else to keep us all safe through uncertain times! As of June 19th, Salon Details Inc. will be reopening. We will contact you as soon as we can to get you scheduled. If you don't hear from us, please reach out to the Salon.
We will be following implemented precautions when we reopen.
* Guests should remain in vehicles and not come into the Salon
* When possible contact your stylist upon arrival
* Stylist or runner will come to get you when stylist is prepared for you, only the client will be allowed in Salon. No spouses, children friends or family memebers.
* Guests should enter and leave Salon through designated doors
* Stylists and guests will wear face masks, this is non-negotiable. No mask no entry
* After each guest we will sanitize dryers, chairs, combs, brushes, scissors, and entire work station
* One cape, smock will be used per guest
* Bleach will be used in all loads of laundry
* Bathroom will be sanitized every half hour
* All magazines and unnecessary furniture will be removed, we will have no use of coffee machine or water machine
* We ask that you remain in your chair until you stylist asks you to move to another area. Everything is cleaned and sanitized.
* We will be asking question about possible exposure to the Covid-19 virus in the form of a questionnaire
Please be patient, all of this will take time. We are doing our part to protect everyone.

To our Salon Details family,

Due to the Governor's order we have closed our doors temporarily. We are working to keep all of us safe. We have been regularly cleaning and sanitizing our Salon prior to our closure. We anticipate our doors to reopen April 6th. This may cause some of you reach for box color at the grocery store. PLEASE do not 🙏 we are here for you!

This is a great way to support our small business in this time. We are offering at home root touch up kits with your personalized formulas from your stylists, also with the option to restock your hair products.
