Sleep might be one of the most underrated wellness tools we have. š
Morning sunlight.
Minerals + hydration.
Cutting caffeine earlier.
Dimming those bright overhead lights at night.
Putting the phone down (or at least turning down the blue light š
).
Small habits that help support your circadian rhythm during the day so your body knows when itās time to produce melatonin and wind down at night.
And ask me how I know sleep matters so much when Iām a mom of two littles and havenāt slept through the night in approximately four years. š
Part 1 of a little sleep series ā more simple ways to support better sleep coming

Back-to-school = immune support season. šāļø
With classrooms back in session, I love keeping these on hand for my boys. The throat pops are an easy way to soothe scratchy throats, and the propolis throat spray is always in my bag for those first signs of a tickle.
Propolis is a natural compound bees make to protect their hives. Itās rich in antioxidants and has been studied for its antimicrobial and immune-supporting properties, making it one of my favorite natural tools to keep in our wellness cabinet.
No supplement is a magic fix, but paired with good sleep, nourishing foods, and plenty of time outside, itās one of the simple ways we support healthy immune systems all year long. šš

Health-conscious people know⦠once you remove synthetic fragrance from your home, you canāt un-smell it.
Itās wild how ānormalā it seemed before. Now the laundry aisle, car air fresheners, heavily scented candles, and strong perfumes can feel completely overwhelming.
What most people donāt realize is that the single word āfragranceā on an ingredient label can represent a mixture of dozensāor even hundredsāof chemicals, and companies generally arenāt required to disclose the individual ingredients because theyāre considered trade secrets.
Many fragrance ingredients have been associated with concerns like hormone (endocrine) disruption, allergies, asthma, migraines, and skin irritation, which is why weāve chosen to make the switch in our home.
Itās not about living in fearāitās about reducing one more source of unnecessary chemical exposure where we can. Small swaps really do add up. š¤

Weāve removed most bitter foods from our diets⦠and our digestion may be paying the price.
Digestive bitters help signal your body to prepare for food by supporting digestive juices, enzymes, bile flow, and even your bodyās natural GLP-1 production.
A simple habit before meals may help support better digestion, less bloating, and healthier blood sugar regulationānaturally.
Small changes. Big impact. šæ
Another Wellness Thursday Tip š¤
If youāre constantly exhausted, dealing with brain fog, getting cold easily, or feeling run down, donāt ignore it. Iron deficiency is incredibly commonāespecially in women.
One of my favorite ancestral foods for supporting healthy iron levels is organic, unsulfured blackstrap molasses. Try stirring 1 teaspoon daily into warm water or tea, or enjoy it before a workout. Itās naturally rich in iron and other blood-building minerals.
Other iron-supportive foods I love:
š„© Beef
š« Liver (or ancestral organ blends that include liver and heart)
š Pair iron-rich foods with vitamin C to help absorption.
ā ļø One important note: donāt guess. Ask your healthcare provider for a full iron panel (not just hemoglobin) before supplementing with isolated iron. Too much iron can be harmful, and the right approach depends on why your iron is low.
Real food first. Nourish your body the way God designed it. š¾

A sedentary lifestyle is more dangerous than most people realize.
Your calves are often called your āsecond heartā because every time they contract, they help pump blood back toward your heart.
When we spend hours sitting, that natural pump isnāt working as well.
An easy habit to start? Do 20ā30 calf raises while youāre brushing your teeth. It takes less than a minute, gets your blood flowing, and is an effortless way to add more movement to your day.
Small habits. Big impact. š¤

We often blame being busy, stressed, or overworked for how we feel, but sometimes the answer is much simpler.
Fatigue. Brain fog. Cravings. Headaches. Irritability.
These can all be signs that your body isnāt getting the hydration and nutrients it needs to function optimally at the cellular level.
