This one had me stressing 😩. The hair gods were definitely with me that’s fs! She came in with 3-4 inches of new growth that was a level 3. We have always heavy highlighted her but she decided she wanted to try all over bleaching. She thought it would be easier however that was not the case. With situations like this, we have to lighten the new growth keeping it about 1/4 inch off the scalp while picking out the darker pieces on the ends. I explained to her that it’s a process and I can’t promise anything. I had to double process the back bc it didn’t get light enough. Honestly, I’m surprised I got her as light as I did. But that stuff was looking a hot mess before I applied the toner. That Ash-Violet came through on this one! Lol. It’s still not 100% and she understands that but to see what she came in with, I’m thankful and happy for how it turned out. She could really use a major cut but she refuses and that’s ok. After spending all that time and the stress, I remembered why I normally refuse to do all over bleaching 🙄🤦‍♀️😂😂

I just wanted to let everyone know that there will be a little change in my schedule starting the week of April 8th. My son will be starting soccer so I will need to accommodate his soccer schedule. That being said, my evening days will no longer be Tuesdays and Fridays but instead will be Wednesdays and Thursdays. I plan for my schedule to be as follows:

Tuesdays 9-4
Wednesday 1-8
Thursdays 9-4
Fridays 1-8
(I will most likely not be available Wednesday or Friday mornings as I typically work my other job)

These times may vary depending on whether I have appointments scheduled or not. Meaning if I don’t have anything til 11 on Tuesday or after say 3 on Thursday, then I will not come in til my first appointment and or will leave after my last. His games will be on Saturdays so I will not be available any Saturdays starting April 20th through the beginning of July.

Also, my vacation will be June 15-23 so you may want to plan accordingly for that!

Just wanted to update everyone on my cell phone service situation. I spoke with t mobile about the situation and they did something to where I am now able to send and receive text from androids from home. And I should be able to get voicemails as well. Please make sure to leave your name and or phone number when leaving a voicemail or sending text and what services you are needing. Freshened up this lovely young ladies highlights and haircut today. She’s been wanting to be close to platinum and after a few sessions we finally got her there! 😍😍 Pretty proud of this one 😏

Just a heads up to clients that I’ve increased my prices. There will be a $3 increase on all haircut services and at least $5-$15 increase on all chemical services. I’ve only increased my prices once for both haircuts and chemicals in the 9 yrs I’ve been self employed. It’s something I’ve tried to avoid as much as possible but unfortunately with the economy and the rising cost of things, I have no choice. I hope everyone understands.
