Ed's Barber Services

For years, I’ve had the privilege of serving Harrisonburg and building relationships that reach far beyond my barber chair.

I’ve watched some of your children grow, helped you prepare for birthdays, graduations, and weddings, and been welcomed into your homes for meals and family celebrations. We’ve also hugged at memorials and funerals as you said goodbye to someone you loved.

The personal history we share means more to me than I can express.

My customers are not just another haircut to me. My customers are my friends.

Being your barber is about more than cutting your hair. I’m deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and the place you’ve given me in your lives.

If you need a haircut this week, come see me. I’d appreciate the opportunity to take care of you.

Working for myself has given me the chance to care for my customers the way I’ve always wanted to. Time to listen, visit, and make sure you’re pleased with your haircut.

Thank you to everyone who’s been coming in and sending people my way. I’m grateful!

Barbering Built Around You

One of the things I love most about launching my own business is being able to care for my customers the way I believe they should be.

Sometimes you know exactly when you need a haircut and want to reserve your time. Other times, you’re downtown, have a few minutes, and want to walk in.

That’s why I offer both.

Walk-ins are always welcome

Appointments are available for those who like to plan ahead

Whether you’ve been sitting in my chair for years or you’re thinking about giving me a try for the first time, I’d be honored to take care of you.

Barbering is more than just cutting hair. Traditional skills have been passed down through generations of barbers, and I believe they're worth preserving.

A straight razor shave is one of them and it is a service that I offer.

As a licensed barber, I’ve been trained in traditional barbering techniques, proper sanitation, razor work, and professional shaving. I use hot lather and a fresh razor for every customer, with the attention to detail that this service deserves.

Along with straight razor shaves, I offer men’s haircuts, traditional barber cuts, beard trims, and razor line-ups.

These are some of the skills that separate what I offer from what you may find in other shops.

If you’re looking for a licensed barber in Harrisonburg, Virginia, or you’ve been trying to find someone who still provides a traditional straight razor shave, I would appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

I’m grateful to everyone who chooses to sit in my chair and trust me with their haircut or shave.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

When you own a small business, every customer matters. Every haircut, every shave, every walk-in, every appointment, every recommendation, and every person who comes through the door means more to me than you may realize.

The support I’ve received has been incredible. Seeing familiar faces continue to follow and support me, while also having the opportunity to welcome new customers, has been both humbling and encouraging.

I truly feel overwhelmed by the kindness, encouragement, loyalty, and support you’ve shown me.

Thank you for supporting my small business. And most of all, thank you for, choosing me to be your barber.

I will be taking Labor Day off but I will be back in the shop Tuesday, ready to take care of my customers.
