My heart is SO full after today’s Back to School Cut-a-Thon! 🥹✂️🎒

Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, shared the event, encouraged us, or simply supported this little dream of giving back to our community. It truly takes a village, and today reminded me just how incredible our village is. ❤️

Because of your generosity, we were able to raise $300 in donations to help local families with school lunch fees!🙌🏼

Watching these sweet girls leave feeling confident, loved, and ready for a new school year was the absolute best part. 💕

This was our first year, and I already know it won’t be our last. Thank you for helping us make today so special. $300 may be a number, but to a family who needs a little extra help, it means so much more. 🫶🏼

✏️🍎 Back-to-School Cut-A-Thon! 🍎✂️

The Color Lab is so excited to host our first annual Back-to-School Cut-A-Thon to help local girls start the school year feeling confident and ready!

When:
📅 Sunday, August 9
🕙 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Where:
The Color Lab- 1951 Evelyn Byrd Ave Harrisonburg, VA

We're offering FREE haircuts for girls who are rising Pre-K through 12th grade.

While haircuts are completely free, we'll be accepting donations for local school lunch fees. Every dollar collected will go toward helping students in our community pay off lunch balances so they can begin the school year with one less worry.

💛 If your daughter could use a fresh cut before school starts, we'd love to see you!
💛 If you'd simply like to support the cause, donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.

Let's come together as a community to make a difference—one haircut and one student at a time.
