An IMPORTANT Muscle Group MANY People Neglect!! 🤯🤯 The HAMSTRINGS!!! When a lot of people train they focus purely on the muscles they can see in the mirror. Or they fixate on the glutes and neglect the hamstrings!  Having strong hamstrings will dramatically improve how you perform and feel! 👉👉 Follow me if you want STRONG hamstrings!!  Here are 5 of my top exercises for strengthening the hamstrings!! 1️⃣ Half Kneeling Hamstring Pulses 👉 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps per side  2️⃣ Kickstand RDL Reverse Lunge Combo 👉 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps per side   3️⃣ Single Leg Roller Hamstring Roll-Outs 👉 2-3 sets of 8-15 reps per side 4️⃣ Nordic Curls - Using bench from Base Blocks. Link to this bench is in my bio. 👉 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps  5️⃣ Rear Foot Elevated RDL (against couch/wall is tougher than when foot is resting down on surface like bench)  👉 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps per side 💪💪 Check out my Ultimate Lower Body And Core Program.
