After 10 mins, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 mins your appointment is Canceled and a 30% of service will be charged to your card! CANCELLATION POLICY: (If you must cancel, please do so 24 hours before your appointment.) If you fail to cancel your appointment withing the 24-hour time frame, you will be charged a last-minute cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost. CARD POLICY: A Valid Card is REQUIRED to be on file for booking. Cards ARE NOT charged unless you NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL. DECLINED CARDS: If your card is declined you will be BLOCKED from booking. You will NOT be able to book again unless you pay any or all unpaid balances due.
