I'm not anti-tox.
In fact, one of my mentors was involved in the clinical trials for Botox Cosmetic. Botox can be an incredible tool when it's used thoughtfully and for the right applications.
But here's what I wish more people knew...
Research has shown that when we perceive someone's age, it isn't wrinkles alone that have the biggest impact. Overall skin quality: tone, texture, pigmentation, and radiance plays an even greater role in how youthful a face appears.
In other words, healthy skin often looks younger than "wrinkle-free" skin.
That's why I spend so much time talking about sunscreen, QUALITY skincare, collagen support, professional treatments, and consistency! Those are the things that improve the canvas itself.
Botox can absolutely soften expression lines. But it can't undo years of UV damage, improve skin texture, fade pigmentation, or restore the glow that comes from healthy skin.
Whether you 'tox or not, my goal is the same: helping you build skin that is healthy, resilient, and radiant. For years to come.
Because the best anti-aging plan isn't about choosing Botox or skincare. It's about understanding what each one does and giving your skin everything it needs to thrive.
