As I officially step into retirement, I want to express my deepest appreciation for your trust and loyalty throughout the last 39 years. Serving this community and working with so many amazing clients (many who have become friends) has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

I am happy to share that the salon will continue under new ownership. The business will soon become Francesca’s Beauty Salon, honoring the history we’ve built together, while bringing a fresh new chapter to the space.

Today we will celebrate the life of my mother, Mrs. Margherita Petromilli, who passed away on Sunday, June 20th, 2021.

We, at the salon, were blessed and grateful to have had her with us helping out and her daily presence and lovely smile a sheer joy for us to witness. She was greatly loved.

Memorial service and mass will be at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church on 188 MacArthur Avenue in Garfield, New Jersey 07026, today, Friday, July 23rd 11:30 a.m.

Dear Patron-Friends:

At Francesca’s Nail Emporium, health and safety of our employees and patrons is our top priority. With that in mind for 2021, we are continuing to take steps to be extra vigilant in hygienic practices amid peak flu season and escalating concerns around COVID 19-Coronavirus variants.

Please know that, we disinfect, sanitize sterilize all nail utensils and stations with a hospital-grade solution regularly throughout the day. Our standard disinfecting and deep clean practice has served our nail patrons well, but with an abundance of caution, mindful of the nation’s current health crisis, we are increasing the frequency of that which we clean, that are public high-ouch, common areas during peak appointment times.

All patrons will be serviced by a nail technician with gloved- hand and masked -face and all customers supplied with sterile, pre-packaged toe dividers and flip -flops for pedicures. All patrons will be hand and foot-washed thoroughly before getting serviced, as is our normal practice.

We encourage all patrons to comply with and follow these and similar practices to help keep yourself and others healthy and to act responsibly by initiating self-quarantine if you feel you have been exposed to COVID 19-Coronavirus.

Please note, that ALL of our technicians have received injection treatment of one of the available vaccines (Moderna , Phizer, Johnson), designed to combat CoVid-19, as a demonstration of safe service to YOU.
