I hope everyone is having a great holiday season. As the new year approaches I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for being amazing clients, I love what I do and I love seeing you in my chair. I will be making a small change in the way I book appointments in the future. Starting in the new year I will be requiring a credit card to book new clients and if you miss an appointment I will also need a credit card to book your next appointment. I know emergencies do happen and I completely understand that and those will be taken into consideration. If a no show does happen, there will be a 50% charge for that missed appointment. As an independent stylist I get no pay unless you are in my chair I don’t make an hourly pay. I hope you understand why this has to be done. I know other stylist and other professionals that have this same system in place. Again thank you for understanding and being great clients.
