The Earned Income Tax Credit has increased for Tax Year 2026! ✅

Here are the NEW maximum EITC amounts:

👑No qualifying children: $664
👑1 qualifying child: $4,427
👑2 qualifying children: $7,316
👑3 or more qualifying children: $8,231

👀 That means some taxpayers could see a bigger credit when filing next year! 👏🏽👏🏽

📝Don’t forget, just because you see the max amount it doesn’t mean that’s what you will receive it depends on your income, filing status, and the number of dependents you claim.

You can now access more tax information right from your phone, including:

👑Having a W2 doesn’t mean you’ve earned a REFUND🤷🏾‍♀️
👑Tax refunds comes from taxes PAID 💵
👑If you didn’t pay all your taxes you NEED dependents 🛑
👑If you don’t have dependents you NEED taxes withheld✋🏾
👑If you are self employed you need dependents👧🏾👶🏾👦🏾
👑If you are self employed without dependents you need W2s📝
👑If you receive SSI filing taxes can effect your benefits if you didn’t report income to SSI🤷🏾‍♀️
👑1099 is Self Employment no taxes are withheld from it so it usually makes you owe🤦🏾‍♀️
👑Dependents over the age of 18 needs to be either in school.. or disable to be considered a dependent 🏫
👑Filing Married means you have a 2 INCOME household which usually means your refund won’t always be large👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨
